11lb bass and doggie caught today in eastbourne, well done Tony, well deserved
time of the year where anything other than whiting is a bonus.
it is also time to share a nice fire on the beach with other like minded people...

lagachette - we all know what you mean about the whiting.
So thought you might be interested to hear of a 5lb conger eel that I had a few nights back. For sure that's not an 11lb bass .. but still, a conger from Hove beach of all places (all shingle) on black lug and squid head!

There have been a few around structures within the area but on the shingles, respect!
