I fished Walton Pier last night for two hours up and down, High tide was at 18.15.
The sea was dead flat and calm and the wind had dropped to nothing.. Perfect ray weather.
One rod was baited with Squid and bluey the other rag and lug.
Fishing wasnt frenzid but I had a steady stream of pin whiting with the worms and one ray of 3.6lb on the fish baits, lost another which felt a lot bigger.
ended the session with a dogfish on the last of my rag worm...first one I have had for ages.
Sorry no photos as I left my phone in the car..
