AFAIK DX has got nothing to do with 'Hermes', who have rebranded as 'Evri'.All of these companies depend on the actual staff member who drives the van,Hermes/Evri here have got fantastic youngish couple who take great care, they ring the doorbell & wait a few mins to hand me the item, or if I'm out they put it safe & leave a note.I used to also have a very good DPD driver but he has now gone to DX, where he is still very good, but the new DPD driver just drops the box rings the bell & is off before I reach the door, Amazon here is poor I just find stuff on the door step often not even addressed to me, while the Yodel driver drops everything at the side door when 12 feet away is a covered area at the front door with an illuminated door bell that he can't be arsed to use.
