Ugly Stik brand

I can't find the on-line reference again, BUT I reckon I recently came across something that connected Penn brand with Ugly Stik brand (might have been on Youtube ??). Anyone know whether Penn has an interest in/own Ugly Stik (?) - just out of casual interest really.
