Bananas wanted to come to plymuf to fish Sutton harbour for certain spieces , so I took him on a tour and showed him the good spots , unfortunately the fish were a bit scarce , however I managed to catch 3 spieces for my hunt and bob caught 2 for his .For the grand finale we ended up west hoe where I caught a mackerel.B860D986-86D2-4C52-9B18-C7E2175D335D.jpeg92CEEE5B-F011-45C3-A356-4B4BFF05FEEF.jpegE88D2AB6-8F04-479B-B839-774AA08F39C4.jpeg

Nice report.
But I think you need the species card next to the seal in order for it to count.

Was a verrrrry slow 3 hours fishing, with several moves and hardly any bites, but we both got some new species for the hunt so guess not a bad day.
That seal just lay there all the time we fished around that spot, didnt fecking move bar yawning.

Seal looks fu**ed to me!

Nice catch mate well done ???,the seal don't count ,I would have paid cash to see you trying to unhook it though if you had caught it !!???
Looking at the seal and size of cobbles, it only looks a nipper and should be easily released.;);)

I have technically caught (hand on leader) an adult seal on an #8weight fly-rod. Bloody thing swallowed a mackerel I was playing. Epic 30 min battle ensued where it had me about 50yds into my backing and in serious danger of being spooled several times before I got on top of the situation and it came close enough for me to grab the leader and cut it off.
