Well we all sort of arrived together on Madeira Drive Accompanied to a fanfare from the large group of Druggies/Students/Whatevers disturbing the peace at 5am with boom boom boom from the dross they had blaring out up on the land next to main road!
Gee it was nippy and windy but we proceeded after getting done by parking bandit machine!
Sea looked pretty nice and calm nice bluey/green colour @Chalton @chesilpete had there wigwams set up to keep worst of wind off as had some Brass monkeys in it!.
Tip always fish near Petes shed as that's where Brew up gear lives as Chaltons Barren mind do think hes missing his secret love (Seal from Chesil)as he was practising his flapping as lying on the beach in his wigwam!.(Pretty sure has longer whiskers than the seal also!)
So we was using Premium black lug for feeding the fish on a mixture of rigs Pete was first out with a plaice then i got one think we total'd with three each? none really decent size though legit but not worth taking types but been stuffing there chops by looks of it!
But all at long distance nothing close in 150yards'ish sort of range even than not very lively out there the cross wind made life awkward esp when trying plain leads add the tide run that went in fits n spurts.
But once the Currant Bun got it's act together it warmed up nicely(Mind bet was cold once dddark) walk back to cars was cooking as we left around 1pm leaving place to all the Village Idiots!
Then had the issues of Getting out of Brighton! headed east then up towards A27 to A23 rather than deal with all the shite in town @20MPH etc.
But a nice morning to be out there
