Had a few sessions since my last post, and while it's still been very slow, it's finally starting to pick up!
Unfortunately that means the dogs and straps are back ☹️.... Can't have it all I guess, and at least it means less blanks!

A few better fish out on my trusty Fireblades ?

Cheers all Si

Cheers all Si
Great looking fish si, especially that bass that’s a good one

Superb fish Si, and fantastic pictures once again.

If it's not giving away any trade secrets, what bait did you have the bass on? I will be having a few sessions on the BC now lockdown has lifted and I can actually meet up with my lad and my target this year is to try and catch a bass that will actually register on my set of scales.

It was on double squid bud. Mackerel, squid, crab and worm catch most of them round here... Worm gets more fish, but often small ones.... The big doubles often come on whole mackerel ?

Cheers Si,

'Big doubles'    I would be delighted with anything over 3lb.

Cracking result, well fished!
