Decide to have one last go for sole today so headed to coggers and took a long walk mate was already there but nowt to report first cast for me had a chunky little plaice at first light then started picking up macs on me pully pop up mate snagged a dog and then a se ray around3 lb I then started picking up gar on a urfe rig mates turn again a nice little rattle resulting in a grey gurnard. Then about an he into the ebb a few knocks on my distance rod resulted in a 2 lb chunky coddie on straight rag first for a few years so made up with that few more macs and gars then my mate headed home I fished three rods with a mixture of worm baits to try an snag a sole or a plaice but just got hammered by whiteing no decent sizes and a few wrecked rigs and I called it a night so a slow day with a nice variety of fish . Do love cogden but doubt I be back this year but already looking forward to next years sessions there cheers ma Bute’s ?5185E5A3-E70C-4606-A81B-FF572371F58C.jpegC3F74023-FF8D-465B-A0B1-3D5CEF790DD9.jpeg5F5A782F-A51E-47D8-806D-4A56CC306ED0.jpegE8FCF789-5A45-42E4-A767-DB4D53159D0D.jpegFB07CA7B-722E-4321-A257-902F1BF4B656.jpeg
