A sperm whale was spotted a few hundred Mtrs. Off of Whitstable harbour. It was later seen heading for the isle of Sheppey. Sadly it has been reported dead in the river Swale near Faversham. The whale is little on the large size at 10mtrs. It also has a head wound apparently.

So Sad that it died,

are they occasionally seen there, or did its navigational system fail?

I have been told all sorts about large lost sea creatures , some tell me that off Foulness they sometimes test kit and suggested that the waves emitted from some stuff causes bother with whales. I have noticed that there have been several instances of this ..... or is it that they go to die in the estuary.
