Solid oval rings

Anybody have a source for these. Preferably not a fishing shop. They just re package and sell 10x price.

I found split rings on ebay but can't seem to find solid rings

I cant stainless steel weld. I want solid (welded/ no gaps) oval rings

I struggled a while ago to get solid circular stainless steel rings for making assist hooks. Found some on eBay UK eventually.
I think Carp Anglers use them sometimes. Not seen any oval ones at all.

I needed some a few years ago and eventually ended up buying a length of stainless steel chain, I cut every second link and ended up with about 20 solid welded oval rings .
I cant remember where I got the chain from now but I wll scrat around and see if if I have any of the oval rings left . Its unlikley though as they were for rigs I was using abroad .
