It’s not to bad really for the area free after 8pm, and it’s a safe area to fish ,
car park in 10 yards from the beach , pm me when you’re going, I’m going this coming Tuesday night I’ll be there around 5pm

Unfortunately I have to take the wife to the hospital so not sure when I will be back.

I have fished at Seaford, Shoreham Beach (widewater) but need a new venue (not a pub)
I've only fished as far as Eastbourne so far in that direction. Been plenty of Dabs coming out and recently there have been some Thornbacks making an appearance. Don't know if that's too far up for you?
