Me and Dave fished from about 5pm fish from the off and on every chuck on a flapper ,wind was s/w a bit of weed but not too bad .
1 rod baited with sqiuid and bluey hoping for a ray but he had other plans .
finished with 84 fish 1xdab 27cm 2x dogfish and 81 whiting 77 fish to flapper.
Dave had a nice sole and over fifty whiting.were kept busy with some good sized whiting.
Tight lines

That's a lot of sea rats!

Wow, busy night then, loafs of casting and baiting practice.

Well done to both of you, awesome

And ive mastered the gemini disgorger thingy i was like ninja unhooking fish lol.
I was going to buy one of those but then opted for a new one advertised on Veals site. Wish I hadn’t, it cost nearly £20 and weighs a ton, looks far too big and industrial for flatties and whiting. I havnt been fishing recently so havnt had chance to try it.
I take it the Gemini one is good once mastered?

Yes definately worth getting ,slide over line turn 90 degrees push down into fish pull line downwards and at same time lift disgorger fish might drop off if not shake once or twice ,weight of fish should pull it off.
