South Coast quiet day

trip11. 26.9.21. cogden, 0500-1800ish.

looked to be a reasonably big tide, went left.

rigs- up n over , pulleys.. fl;appers n clip downs.

baits. squid, blacklug,sandeel.

winds started light southerl but increased and went s/w. looked a little choppy but to be 1m swells at worst. lots of colour in water over high tide.pleasantly warm out of the wind.

a restfull day pretty much untroubled by fish. managed 3 sml tubbs.

That`s what I like about Chesil ,a nice relaxing day and not troubled by any pesky fish.

Good effort mate. Did you have fresh worm? Never had much on frozen down there myself.

no, all frozen. still working through freezer stock of worm ,

My mate had a cracking bag of sole and spots on sat gee all to fresh blacks your still get fish on frozen but I’ll tend to use fresh when I go there just to up my chances he orso had bass and macs float fishing with washed up whitebait
