I've increased the max upload of images to 10mb which should cover most modern phones. So you should be able to load up now OK.
I am working on an image compressor at the moment, which will reduce the size, but not the quality of the images, just to save some storage space on the server when they are uploaded. Hoping to get this finished the next couple of days.
