Oh, thats right they only operate in office hours, are woefully understaffed, toothless and are reluctant to leave their pickup truck unless its to lecture shore anglers on bass regs whilst nets, legal and illegal, get away with environmental vandalism. Hard to tell from the pics, but that trolley doesn't look like it's been in the water for very much time, yet has managed to snag both the mess of "tackle" and fish. Good job it's been washed up.

(Someone got caught out by fast rising tide maybe or perhaps it rolled off a pier.)
