South Wales Loughor Green Banks, Dad and Son

Took my youngest (6yr old) for his 1st session targeting Flounder up the Loughor estuary. Bit of a different experience for him, as I normally take him to our local surf beach. And I'm more of a 4/0 hooks 6oz lead kind of guy.
Plus Mud instead of sand lol.
Target acquired 2nd cast for him, and a little bass.
I also had 4 flounders and a little bass too.
3 flounders were in size one being a PB for me 1lb12oz. All taken on mud rag, an enjoyable change too.

Nice to get out and see the youngster catch something. That's the same age that I was when I started fishing and I'm still keen now (65 years old) so hopefully he'll be hooked for life too. Once he gets past the inevitable beer and girls stage that is!
