Finally got out 3 days in a row now. Been reading a couple of other lads posts on here and they were seeing no mackeral but catching cod and ling, i wish lol. Friday Saturday and today we could have filled the boat with mackeral but nothing else, ( well sam got 3 small pollack that were bout 2lb and 1 collie, all were returned but the mackeral were everwhere ) even a menace. Each day we keep bout dozen for bait but we had well over 100 each day but put them back. They are good bit of sport but i wish i had someone to bye them. Out tomorrow again and we,ll probably take boat out of marina as weathers not to be great as week goes on. Anyway tight lines lads.
