Had a shot down the bay again last night. Sum total 3 doggies and 2 whiting, mate 3 whiting.

Loads of bites that came to nothing assuming them to be small tings.

Quite a nice night to be out all the same.

I had mackerel, razor fish, squid and rainbow trout as bait. Most came to the rainbow trout apart from one dog on a whole squid.

I only have these taped on but will eventually whip them on. Not these exact ones but basically the same.

Edit. The bracket stays on the rod and the light gets added for the session, staying on during casting.
