Fish with a friend to negate the possibility of being injured and alone.
Park at the Boathouse Cafe, walk up to Norton Wall, fish for 6 hours 50 yards apart. Dodge the dog walkers by giving them room to walk behind you. Or any other mark, separate cars is the thing
Use What Three Words app to tell SWMBO exactly where you'll be (give or take a few yards) and what time to expect you back.

I can't see a problem doing it this way.
