South Coast Hill head cliffs

Nice one James. At least you had a good go at it. šŸŽ£šŸŽ£šŸ‘šŸ‘

Been hard going down there recently,.SLO midweek match last weds, Small Conger & Stinger were biggest fish at about 40cm.
How far along did you venture as used to go up about 3/4 mile from car park in late Aug to Oct for better results,Bream inc Gilts/Bass/Sole odd Ray etc, mate had a 5lb Cod few yrs back in a Sole session.

I tried the spit first but the weed was too bad so then moved to around 400 yards past the last beach house , the water starts to get slightly deeper there .
Maybe if I had rag it may have been better, would love to get a sole or cod !

Always hard work down here this time of the year mate, even the hounds are thin on the ground this year. But you had a go. šŸŽ£ šŸŽ£

Ian.

Cheers I'll give it a go soon , does anyone know if there's a season for rays around the Solent or are they here most of the time ?
