Hi all, just wanted to reach out and say has anyone seen the App for fishing? Go Catch! I have started using it. You can log your catches and it stores automatically all the weather data, tidal data and you can add notes on your catch reports. I was concerned at first but you can keep it all private too. This is free to use and the download is free too!

It also has a reward sections, yes it involves a small subscription which is £3.99 a month to unlock the rewards, but it got me 10% off my bait at Hookers baits and 10% off Sakuma too. I saved about £12 for me and my mate when we planned a chesil trip.

I would suggest to anglers they take a look into it. i love it!

Cheers

Welcome to the Madhouse Skrivy - fellow Devonian! 👍👍

Not keen on cramming my smartphone with loads of Apps, plus wary of avoiding water & fish scales etc when out for a dangle - guess I'll give it a miss.

Yep, useful info, but I've been bombarded with so many requests to install Apps from Supermarkets, Screwfix, Toolstation etc. I refuse to do it anymore. Now retired but I had to have a load of Apps on my phone for work - cleared most of them out now and want to keep it that way.
Plus I'm not one of the folk who record every detail of fishing expeditions.
