I foul hooked the only ray i have ever caught with a redgill about 50 yards out, thought i dad hooked a rope tied to seabed, but when mowed further to side to see if would come loose felt a strange couple of tugs on line, rod bent and pressure on and of and moving slightly finally landed, hooked it on back right where tail joined.
