After a bit of a break I went fishing yesterday.
Not in my own boat but in my fishing mate's new one based in Ryde.
The boat has had a few fuel problems which have been solved and it ran perfectly, so good news there.
The fish didn't really want to play ball though.
A doggie, two small bream and a smut pup for me.
A couple of bigger hounds for Mike.

The sun shone, fish were caught, neither of us fell in and the boat went well.
What's not to like.

E10 petrol issues by any chance?
Well we can't rule it out. I've never seen fuel filters as clogged before. The boat sat idle for quite a while.
There were other issues, stretched diaphragm on the lift pump, air leaking in via the pick up tube in the tank.
All sorted now so I'm lucky to have boat access to the Solent from both ends now.
Deep joy!
