I met up with bob at 6.30am on a freezing early morning at his house , so we could go in one car to the pier .
it was really freezing when we got there we were met by a pod of Dolphins it was to dark to get any pictures, they were only about 20mts from the pier then they were gone , soon I got my first bite a pollack.19CBF5E1-02E9-48EF-96F9-E2D9D99334BC.jpeg,

I had about 3 or 4 of these then I moved to a different place after a Ballan , I managed to scrounge some pellet legs off this other guy fishing
there , I caught 2 ballan wrasse .the biggest about a pound ideal .

I had an enjoyable 3 hours in bobs back yard and caught 4 spieces for my hunt.
however the morning was spoilt when we got back to the car someone had left bob a little package.
oh dear ?

Are there no decent sized ?? around any longer ?
Obviously when I get to come to the coast, which is rare in the winter months, I do like to catch something that I can cook for a meal.
You'd need to catch 30 of these tiddlers.
Please advise.

A dolphin would make a decent sized meal , and I forgot to mention there was a seal as well . Why don’t people eat seal , we could thin them out a bit them . Eskimos eat them
