Sorry Peeps but the itch wasn’t eased!
Found myself on the beach for a couple of hours at Eastbourne again, had my usual spot to myself. This time I fished a bit earlier in the tide from an hour after low just at dusk for 3hrs. About an hour in for the first bite which resulted in a nice Thornback and this was followed by 3 others in quick succession the best going 47cm across the wings, then the dogfish arrived for the last hour and nothing else really had a chance! Nice report again Mushty, some nice Thornies by the looks of it. 🎣 🎣

I’ve never known it quite like this before up this way, normally I get 1 or 2 of small to average size per season but I’ve now caught 16 in 4 sessions. There has been a handful of doubles the last week or so too. Don’t think it will last too much longer though

Good report Mushty, and a great photo of that Thorney Raymondo! Well done matey! 🎣🎣👍👍

Happy days 👍
