Fished mid Chesil today. Bites from the off cod, pout, conger, dogs, bass and sole.
Did not matter where you chucked your bait, the fish are all over it like flies round s***. Talking of flies….. millions of the bloody things when it got dark, never know it like that before, got so fed up with them i packed up.
If you blank there tonight, sell your fishing gear ??

Yeah one of the better sessions. Only been beach fishing 3 times this year so was nice to get a few.

Cheers mate mate, i knew it would fish. Just a shame about the flies lol. They were terrible, as soon as i put my torch on….. bang.
I've had that before with flies, luckily my torch also has a red light which certainly makes a difference regarding the flies.

Mine is just a white light. As soon as its switched on they were there. Made baiting up difficult

Great session with plenty of variety, Sounds like a red filter is in order should that happen again when the bite is on.

Nice report & photos JR! Well done on that nice brace of Sole! ????

Cracking session, well done on the tidy haul.
Not encountered the flies yet but what is it with wasps and ragworm!!
