South Coast Chesil beckons

Getting cold Burt stole my coat where are all the conger at had whole cuttle out nowt 🤷🏽Plenty of dogs few tings and pout no conger
Makes a change from Burt stealing fish off other Anglers Tats! 😁😁

Cods are the new tings..... bass bloody hard work this year..... bag a belter dude
There were loads of Bass out on the wrecks .......

Just need some decent weather now to see if they are still there, TBH, I expect them to stay until at least the end of November before they all migrate out to the western approaches for spawning

I fished chesil yesterday, I woke up checked the weather hadn't changed and then called work saying I had an emergency to deal with 🤣 then headed to abbotsbury. Got there around the morning low and fished til 6pm. Lots of 'tings (a handful of them being channel whiting and certainly one was a pb), dogs, pouting and 2 codling.
I started off with 50 metres of clear beach either side but was soon down to 20 metres either side. Bloke to my left cast over me 3 times despite saying he could cast straight 🙄. I even moved to my right when the blokes to my right left and I cast right and the bloke on my left still cast over me. How hard is it to cast straight in front you🤦‍♂️.
Despite using circle hooks the 2 codling had throated the bait along with a few of the whiting, anyone know/use a set up that stops this or cuts down the chances?
