Received an email from the Hamble River Harbour Master saying that boating is allowed if we follow the guidelines and he is recommending that marinas stay open
Some small consolation
 
The marina I am birthed at have said today that they are staying open throughout the lockdown, I think the recommendation is that all marinas stay open.
