Headed to south Wales Thursday night, stayed out in the camper so I could be up and at the chosen mark bright and early.
Turns out a few others had the same idea, as by 6:30am, the mark was rammed and I was left fishing probably the worst spot.
10 dog fish later and I was back at the van cooking up some grub.
Steve, who was fishing a half decent spot, returned back having landed a couple of spotties.
The lads next to him had also landed a blonde, so they were there...
We decided to fish a lesser fished spot in the evening, on the other side of the bay, and this proved to be a good shout.
Nothing for most of the flood, but I was rewarded with my target species as the tide started ebbing, caught on about 8 really small squid whipped together.

I'll definitely be returning soon for a tope :)

Ooooft, nice flat sharkey thing. I'm almost convinced that along with Octopus and Cuttlefish, Ray's and skate are in fact aliens. ??
