South West Bass off the top

Got my first bass of the year off the top with a big patch only a small one but at least it’s my biggest up to now ?, took my young nephew he missed a hit I think he was to quick with his lure , still he will learn

The first lure caught bass is always the most hardest to get , so the timeing is about right end of may early part if June , so hopefully the flood gates will open now

I just don’t get on with any size of patch, the 100 in the 500g colour is the best for me, but, never a top 5 choice. Bizarrely, the HTO Glide in Pearl which is as cheap as chips, is the one that catches the most for me.
