South West B.C rock mark

Fished last night from pretty much L/W to H/W on mark that's been exceptionally good to me over the years.....
Well that didn't happen last night guys it absolutely dire..the only good thing was the company I had and visit from another angler for a short social..good sized baits were hammered out at various distances at regular intervals and back they came untouched every cast...except one I had a ting that had hung itself all of 4" so back it went as a live bait about 20 yards out give or take,that did produce a pull down and that's it,all was left was part of its head.. suspect strap.
All that was left to do was pack up wondering what the heck had gone wrong on near perfect conditions and go home

Definitely it was just one of those nights it doesn't put me off always next time..I find after a not so productive sesh I'm more determined on the next one..odd that no flat rats about either..what have you done with them all si-fly??

In my defence, the before and after sessions (on home turf) were full of rats, so the blank was more a pleasant social tbh ?....... Ps... That Mk Andy, def hates me..... Third time with dire results
