It is simple logic the main vector of this virus is irresponsible young folk going out on the town every night until the early morning hours spreading the virus left, right and centre . The government has rightly identified this and put out a general curfew only those who can justify their being out between 1800 and 0600 will escape the fine ... or would you rather the virus was just let to run riot. Yes it is France and it is the French ... we are not on lockdown
