Well I’ve actually got out for a nights fishing, first cast total nightmare crack off and a mega birdsnest, so now it’ll be a live commentary, baits lug and squid , rods are tournament match pros reels are one 7 ht st and the other fathom 15

Good effort Mike, at least the sole broke the ting fest. Will be getting back down the beach in March I think when hopefully the ting will have buggered off and possibly some decent plaice are showing in numbers rather than just odd one or two.

At least it wasn’t a blank, Mike. Got to commend you on your dedication, can’t say I’d fancy a night trip at the moment, it’s cold enough during the day!!

Perfection in miniature even if it is more of a seg than a full sole! Greedy little blighter by the looks of that bait. I wonder at what size their eyes migrate to become true flatfish?
