That does seem overly-reasonable. Shame that you'll also be losing a chunk in brokers' commission too.

The boat market is hot at present, with buyers keen to use boating as an escape from the pressures of Covid with cash in their pockets after 12+ months of lockdown, grants, furlough payments etc. With this in mind, used boats pretty much sell themselves, so in my opinion you could increase the asking price by a few thousand, sell it yourself and pocket 100% of the sale proceeds.

Fabulous boat chewitt, not too far from me either, but way out of my price range! Good luck with selling it mate, and with your health.
 
I should mention that I've clicked on the Network Yacht brokers website link a few times today whilst talking to folks about the boat, and twice it has locked my laptop up solid.
