Gents, need some help on fishing the above location . Been down there a lot of times but never with the rods and a few years ago now. Big tides this Friday with high water at 1630. Looking to fish a few hours either side of HW . Need some advice as to where on the beach, what baits and what type of trace ? Not a lot to ask is it 
Basically my new fishing mate has to be very careful where he fishes under the current covid19 situation as his wife is shielding , being very high risk with breathing problems so we need locations that won't be very busy . Did think of Knab Rock in Swansea but I've a feeling that might be a bit busy for him with dog walkers etc.
