A nice few hours

Great evening for fishing tonight, a nice short session, only dogs and whiting tonight but really nice to get out.
Large wave caught me this evening and all my gear got a good wash and covered in proper wet sand, was quite messy, something I have to try avoid in future.

I actually took the rods, bag, rod bags and stand to the shower when I got home and gave them a good rinse in the shower, before I was caught

I need to clean my reels tomorrow, they got a tad salty today!

They got a good rinse under the cold tap, something I only started to do, I'm surprised they are still running ok

Great piccy ,at least you never blanked,it would have been worse if you had your gear messed up ,& blanked., tight lines for next time.
