Afternoon all,
Had a week off work and managed a few sessions. I’ve been wanting to stay local but there’s so much weed in the Medway it’s almost impossible to fish especially after the strong wind.
So after digging a few score of fresh blow lug I headed over to Dungeness…. 7 hours of fishing...
Probably an hour and a half. Sore back but worth it with the cost of bait these days - this amount is plenty for three sessions plus I gave a couple score to my neighbour.

You can fish the harbour but you need a licence. It’s free and you can get one from the harbour masters office. At least that is the case when I checked last…
Seen loads of fish in there including the biggest bass I’ve ever seen - its caudal fin was as big as my hand! Apparently strips of bacon...
