    Shetland Planning a visit

Yes you asked the Charter bloke. But as it was an add on to previous post where it said "also" that was meant that if you joined faceache you could post it on his page and someone else who may be willing to give you a space could see it. (y) (y)

    Minimum size limits

Been talked about many times. Small (undersize in our waters) is caught from out side but ok to be sold, Joes for eg, also many sold like Bass or Bream are farmed from abroad. Just look at the lables.

Also if you ask on it to the Charter someone who has booked may have a spare place and see your request.

    trawler fishing

    trawler fishing

Just a question, if it is reduced by what ever means, what product would used to replace the loss of that foodstuff. I love my fish, and buy many products as do all my family. I bet many more rely on fish to eat. I do agree that the whole system needs regulating properly.

    trawler fishing

@Shirleycodlin Yes good advice considering we as anglers knock loads of mackies on the head and raid other fish at wrecks, need to get our house in order first before we slate those who are supplying many with a decent meal.

I got a Penn bass fisher or something with similar name, had it for around 10 years now, cost around £130 then, great fir lure fishing and for using off structure with running ledger, best rod evr had, and woukd get another if still available.

    Pier fishing

Suppose it depends on whats on ground and tide speeds etc. I fish off a similar structure sometimes and use standard rig like you say or a running ledger.
