    If it were me i would just adapt the recycle trolley we have up here and strap the box to it. Job done Free. I also use the food caddy container for keeping crabs in.

    Just asking Would that work with ride on lawn mowers? As we have a slow puncture in one front one, and the other was a bit quicker after removing bramble spike, tried puncture stuff but it just seeped out and last time looked both tyres flat.

    If i use a fly or even bait 99% cast downstream, probably only if in deepish slow moving that i cast up stream.

    Yes completely opposite as i say, if bait fishing and i see nothing after 15mins i am wondering all sorts, do i reel in to see, has anything took bait, or is there nothing here!

    I am 100% different than you. I like to lure fish/spin/feathers love to keep moving. But i can and do bait fish And i don't think they do a surface peeler. ;) ;)

    I do similar to that at one location when using redgill cast as far as possible and let the weight drop to sand then reel in and can feel when it drops down into the deeper channel.

    Best to try and hook the flounders in the mouth. Have you ever tried bells to detect the bite, before they swallow it?

    As a kid we used a bell only for fishing for any flat fish, that little nibble they do soon rang true

    It would be a bit to noisy when winding in, so it must be removed, especially if a mackerel on the end it would be ringing like mad.

    As not being able to get any bait i bought some frozen razors from Morrisons to take with me. I fished 2 different locations and never caught anything with them I suppose it all depends on many factors with different baits at different times and locations.
